The terms governing use of this website and the supply of Elie Petroleum Limited services.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elie Petroleum Limited website and the supply of our services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Quotations issued by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding offer until accepted in writing by both parties. Orders are accepted only on issuance of a written order confirmation by the Company.
Pricing is set out in the relevant Contract, quotation, or rate card. Unless otherwise agreed:
Delivery dates and service commencement dates are estimates based on information available at the time of contracting. While we strive to meet agreed timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 9). Title and risk in physical products pass in accordance with the relevant Contract.
All products and services are supplied in accordance with agreed specifications. The Company warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Product warranties are as set out in the relevant Contract or manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage, or unauthorised modification.
The Customer agrees to:
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Elie Petroleum Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Reports, designs, and deliverables prepared for a Customer remain our property until paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of engaging services, and to use such information only for the purposes of the Contract. This obligation survives termination of the Contract.
The Customer acknowledges that petroleum, LPG, and related products are hazardous. The Customer agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by the Company and to maintain appropriate storage, handling, and emergency response arrangements at its sites.
A Contract may be terminated by either party for material breach, subject to a written cure period of 14 days. The Company may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, safety violations, or insolvency events. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless arbitration is agreed in the Contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
